R&D PROJECTS
Research in progress.
PAGE LAB BIOMEDICS works on selected research and product-development projects across aesthetic medicine, skincare and related technologies.
This page documents our proprietary technology, our brand and our co-development work — what each is for, our role in it, and where it stands.
FURTHER PROJECTS WILL BE ADDED TO THIS INDEX AS THEY PROGRESS.
01 / TECHNOLOGY
HSEF™
Proprietary formulation technology for the finished product.
HSEF™ is PAGE LAB BIOMEDICS’ proprietary formulation technology for products intended for post-procedure skin. Osmolality, electrolytes, mildly acidic pH and buffering are designed as one system, at the level of the finished product.
The technology develops through a working loop — hypothesis, prototype, measurement, refinement — and its findings are applied to ISO9™ and selected co-development projects.
DESIGN VARIABLES
01
Osmolality
The total solute environment the finished product creates.
02
Electrolytes
The ionic profile the product brings to the skin surface.
03
Mildly acidic pH
A pH range adapted to the skin surface.
04
Buffering
How the formulation holds its state on contact.
02 / BRAND
ISO9™
Post-procedure skincare, designed around measurable conditions.
ISO9™ is PAGE LAB BIOMEDICS’ post-procedure skincare brand, under development using HSEF Buffer™, the core formulation system of HSEF™ technology. It believes skin health begins with the skin’s own balance and resilience — not with more ingredients.
Every product follows the same three development principles, and relevant formulation values are measured at the finished-product level.
PRODUCT PRINCIPLES
01
HSEF™ formulation design
Osmolality, electrolytes, pH and buffering designed together.
02
Complete-formula review
The full ingredient system, reviewed for intended use.
03
Product-specific evaluation
Evaluation designed around how each product is actually used.
03 / CO-DEVELOPMENT
JETEMA × PAGE LAB BIOMEDICS
Next-generation hyaluronic acid filler.
PAGE LAB BIOMEDICS is taking part in the joint research, development and clinical evaluation of a new hyaluronic acid filler being developed by JETEMA for planned launch in 2027.
The project is developed around changes in current injection techniques, product handling and real treatment workflows.
OUR ROLE
01
Physician insight
Feedback on development direction and use conditions, based on real filler practice.
02
Material evaluation
How filler properties relate to what the physician feels during injection.
03
Syringe usability
Grip, control, the injection process and overall ease of use.
04
Clinical evaluation
How the product performs and fits into treatment under real conditions.
DATES ARE ADDED AS THE PROJECT PROGRESSES.
